Remodelling and expanding

Our expansion plan is now full swing. This week we’ve taken delivery of a brand new shiney fermenter from Johnson Brewing
and we’re also taking the opportunity to change the layout of the brewery to make room for our new visitor centre. We’re moving the HLT, the heat exchanger and the FVs to create a clear space for the shop and to expand our cold store. You never know – the weather might actually warm up a bit and if it does we’re going to need more cold storage so we’re making room for that whilst we’ve got the break in brewing. Hopefully we’ll get the HLT plumbing back up and running tomorrow and we’ll be able to brew again on Friday. More Gold
